Fortidia Completes the Sale of PrestaShop to cyber_Folks to Strengthen Focus on Core Shipping and Logistics Business

Fortidia, a leading global platform providing shipping, fulfillment and logistics, and marketing services, today announced the successful completion of the sale of PrestaShop to a company owned by cyber_Folks S.A. (“cyber_Folks”), a leading technology player in the hosting and digital services sector. The closing follows the preliminary agreement for the transaction signed in December 2025.

The sale of this asset marks a significant milestone in Fortidia’s portfolio realignment. By streamlining its operations, the Group can now accelerate investment in its core competencies: shipping, fulfillment, logistics, marketing, and print. These sectors represent Fortidia’s primary competitive advantages and – leveraged through both direct and indirect channels – position the company to better serve the evolving needs of its customers.

“This milestone reinforces Fortidia’s strategic roadmap, allowing us to focus managerial attention and investments into our most distinctive competitive advantages”, commented Paolo Fiorelli, Chairman and CEO of Fortidia. “We are confident that PrestaShop’s long-term growth will be best supported within cyber_Folks’ purely technological ecosystem. I would like to thank the entire PrestaShop team for their partnership over the past four years.”

Fortidia remains committed to providing best-in-class service to its customers globally, leveraging its direct and indirect distribution channels powered by deep operational expertise and local market knowledge.
