Fortidia expands European logistics footprint with the acquisition of Wing, an innovative French ecommerce shipping and logistics provider

Milan, Italy (July 1, 2026) – Fortidia today announced the acquisition of Wing, a strategic step that expands the Group’s capabilities in logistics and ecommerce fulfillment services while reinforcing its presence in the French market.

This strategic investment reflects Fortidia’s ongoing commitment to supporting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through integrated business solutions. It expands the Group’s footprint in France, complementing the strong presence already established through the Mail Boxes Etc. network while creating new opportunities to serve businesses across the country and internationally.

Founded in 2015, Wing is an ecommerce shipping and logistics provider serving ecommerce brands, retailers, and third-party logistics providers. With nationwide coverage in France and international shipping capabilities, Wing helps businesses streamline and optimise their logistics operations through a single, integrated interface.
