Fortidia acquires ParcelValue to further strengthen its footprint in the Shipping Market
Fortidia is pleased to announce the acquisition of ParcelValue, further strengthening its presence in the Italian market and beyond.
This strategic investment reinforces Fortidia’s commitment to supporting MSMEs and strengthens its standing in the Italian Shipping sector. This is achieved by complementing the Group’s established presence in the country through its Mail Boxes Etc. Network.
Fortidia is a global commerce enabler for MSMEs and consumers thanks to its platform including brands providing shipping, fulfillment & logistics solutions as well as marketing and print, operating in 57 Countries through its entrepreneurial platform made of 3,200+ Business Solutions Centers.
Founded in 2011, ParcelValue is a shipping service provider primarily focused on the Italian market. It supports MSMEs through a tech-enabled model and asset-light Network of 17 Entrepreneurs, with no physical locations. The company has also secured an established presence in France via a Master Licensee.
