Fortidia Group Announces 2025 Results and Releases 2025 Sustainability Report
Milan, Italy – May 25, 2026 – Fortidia Group announces its 2025 financial results alongside the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting another year of resilient growth, international expansion, and continued progress toward building a more responsible and future-ready business.
In 2025, Fortidia generated €1.4 billion (US$1.6 billion) in System-wide Gross Revenue, marking another year of growth1. Results were driven by the Group’s global platform of more than 3,200 Business Solutions Centers across 56 countries, serving over 900,000 business customers worldwide2.
During the year, Fortidia continued to strengthen its international presence by opening 158 new Business Solutions Centers and signing four new Master License Agreements for the Mail Boxes Etc. brand in Uzbekistan, Romania, Slovakia, and Vietnam.
The Group also accelerated its strategic development through a series of acquisitions and investments. In 2025, Fortidia completed the acquisitions of Kwik Kopy Australia and ParcelValue, while further strengthening its direct presence through the acquisition of the Mail Boxes Etc. business in Mexico and the expansion of its network of directly operated Business Solutions Centers in key markets.
Additionally, Fortidia entered into a strategic partnership with BC Partners, a leading international investment firm, marking an important milestone in the Group’s growth journey and reinforcing its long-term expansion ambitions.
Alongside its financial results, Fortidia released its 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining how the Group is translating its sustainability commitments into measurable progress across environmental, social, and governance priorities.
